arc riders yellow screen

i bought the arc riders game on steamden dell laptop i have 16 gb ram 11 generation i5 drivers i can play them fluently except for some current gtav and more powerful games fortine my graphics card intel xe 128mb vram when i enter the arc riders i can only play in epic the screen improves i can't play at low medium high why can't i play the game help plss !!!!!

  • When you say you “can only play in Epic,” do you mean Epic settings work fine but lower settings don’t? Or do Epic settings also have issues? I would appreciate if you can provide me screenshots of your Arc Raiders in-game settings
  • What exactly happens when you try Low/Medium/High settings? Does the game crash?
  • Do you see any error messages when switching graphics settings?
  • What graphics settings work well for you in GTA V and Fortnite?
  • Are you running the Arc Raiders from an SSD? or HDD?


Additionally, to help us understand your system configuration and troubleshoot effectively, we kindly ask you to share the Intel® System Support Utility (SSU) logs from your device. These logs provide important details about your hardware and software environment.


Here’s how to do it:

  • i'm running the game on an hdd from external memory, there's a yellow screen in the middle and high in the middle, but epicte everything is normal, but in a game between 10*17 gta v, the top of the Decal is near the middle, the fluent fortine I can't play directly, it's 30fps

Please try to remove the current Graphics Driver using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) and update your Graphics Driver to version ⁠32.0.101.7082 (WHQL Certified)


To uninstall the Intel Graphics Driver from your system using the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) software, follow these instructions: 

  1. Download the latest version of the software.
    • If you download the Installer, run it, it will create a shortcut on the desktop. 
    • If you download the Portable/ self-extracting version, look for the executable and extract it. Remember the path. 
  1. Reboot into Windows* safe mode. (Refer to Start your PC in safe mode in Windows.)
  2. Look for the shortcut on the desktop (step 1.1) or the extract path chosen (step 1.2.1) and run the DDU executable.
  3. Click Close in the Options window.
  4. Select device type to GPU and select device to the one you want to remove. If you are doing a clean-up, you can choose all GPUs.
  5. Click Clean and restart or Clean and Shutdown depending on your needs.
  6. Wait for the software to finish the process. It will automatically reboot Windows to the typical mode or shutdown the system.

Almost everything is low, but the moment I pull the effects down from epic, I get a yellow screen. I found it. My fps range changes a lot, 30 indoors and 15 outdoors etc.

But it only supports things like processor and ram, it's weird, it doesn't open low things like that and there are problems with the effects.
