Hi,

I just bought the NUC7cjyh1 min pc installed with crucial 300 2.5" SSD (250G) and ballistix 8g memory (4gx2). I also installed windows 10 pro version. But when I try to install the uhd 600 graphics driver, the installation will stop and turn out blue crashed screen showing "Page Fault In Nonpaged Area with igdkmd64.sys error". Tried many times, and try to install in safemode, nothing worked. Very frustrated, please help!

Hello oceaneye,

I understand that you are currently experiencing blue screen problems when trying to update the graphics driver.

Regarding this, I would actually like you to install the following graphics driver which is the latest version validated for the Intel ® NUC you have:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27593/Intel-UHD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-for-Intel-NUC-Kit-NUC7CJY-NUC7PJY https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27593/Intel-UHD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-for-Intel-NUC-Kit-NUC7CJY-NUC7PJY

It is recommended that you follow these steps to install the graphics driver:

1 - Unzip the file to a designated location or folder.

2 - Right-click Windows Start icon and open Device Manager.

3 - Click Yes when prompted for permission from User Account Control.

4 - Expand the Display adapters section.

5 - Right-click the Intel® graphics entry and select Update Driver Software.

6 - Click "Browse my computer for driver software".

7 - Click "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer".

8 - Click "Have Disk".

9 - Click "Browse".

10 - Access the designated location or folder, and access a folder called "Graphics".

11 - Select the file called "Kit126731".

12 - Click Open, then click OK, and finally click Next. Drivers are now being installed.

13 - Reboot your computer

Let me know if you run into any problem following the steps.

Regards,
