can't re-install Driver & support assistant.

when i tried to re-install Driver and supprt assistant, after ruuning the installation file, it always shows " Are you sure you want to remove this program". I tried completely removing the previous program but still showing the same. Please help.

Tried it many times. Still asking to uninstall the program when i run the installation file.

Clear also the cache (browsing history) in your Internet Browsers.

I cleared the cache and also disabled firewall. But still the same.

Just to let you know, if there is a problem installing or re-installing the Intel® Driver and Support Assistant the issue might be due to the following reasons:

 

  • You have an older component.
  • Your component is discontinued or is not supported.
  • You have a component not produced by Intel.
  • You have a customized driver pre-installed by the computer manufacturer.
  • The component is not in Intel's database.

 

In this case, we recommend to manually install the drivers provided by the manufacturer of the computer, since those drivers were customized by them work with your specific platform.

 

To install the proper drivers for your system, please visit the following link, choose the operating system and you will be able to see all the drivers for your computer:

Please let us know the results of trying to manually install the drivers.
