cant change center scaling option in lenovo ideadpad 100

hello and thanks for the attention.

i just bought lenovo ideapad 100 and when i connected it to the tv i didnt got the full picture.

i thought maybe to change the center scaling option but i cant uncheck it.

i have attached photo of the display on the tv and the center scale option that i cant change( its in hebraw but you can get the point).

hope you guys can help me with that,its my daughter birthday and i have bought her the laptop as a gift.

Could you please let us know what operating system are you using and the driver version installed? Please go to Device Manger> Display adapters> Intel(R) HD Graphics right click on Properties and then go to Driver, you will be able to see the version installed.
