configuracion pantalla

Hola quisero saber y como es posible hacer que me salgan la configuración de pantalla en el centro de control intel porque no me aparece por más que desconecte la grafica ni nada por el estilo y seria de mucha ayuda si me dan respuesta esto.

We understand you are having some difficulties with the Intel® Graphics Command Center, we will be more than happy to assist you.

 

We will need more information, please answer the following:

 

·      Which configuration screen/tab/mode are you looking for?

·      Was it working before?

·      Have you made any recent changes?

 

Also, in order to have more information about your system, please download, install and run Intel® System Support Utility for Windows. Make sure you check “Everything” before you scan, then save the report and attach it to your response.

 

Then, please generate and attach the Report for Intel® Graphics Command Center
