Hello Ornab,
Thanks for the update and for sharing those details. Upon reviewing the information provided, I noticed that you mentioned using a cracked version of Detroit: Become Human. Please note that we cannot guarantee the stability or compatibility of cracked or unofficial game versions, as they often bypass key components required for proper functioning and can introduce unexpected issues. We strongly recommend using officially licensed copies from trusted digital platforms to ensure a stable gaming experience. That said, for Detroit: Become Human, we do have an article that may be helpful:
"Detroit: Become Human* Says it Doesn't Support Intel® Arc™ Graphics but Game Still Runs" This issue has been addressed in driver version 31.0.101.4824 and newer, so please ensure your system is running the latest Intel graphics driver.
Regarding your inquiry about Need for Speed Heat, could you please confirm which digital platform you're using to access the game (e.g., Steam, Origin, Epic Games)? This will help us determine whether the version you're playing is official or not, as this may influence the level of support we can provide.
For further troubleshooting, I also recommend performing a clean driver installation using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU), followed by installing the latest graphics driver version. If the issue continues after this step, we’ll be happy to review it further. Please keep in mind that if the game is not an official release, our ability to investigate may be limited due to the unpredictable nature of altered software.
Let me know once you’ve confirmed the game source and tried the steps above.
Best regards,
Von M.

Hi Ornab,
Thank you for posting in our Community. I'd like to gather a few more details to help narrow it down and determine the next best steps.
- Which version of the Intel® Graphics driver are you currently using?
- Are you running the game through Steam, Epic Games, or another platform? And is it fully updated?
- Are you using Resizable BAR (ReBAR)?
- What resolution and graphics preset are you using? Have you tried lowering the settings to see if stability improves?
I'd like to delve deeper and verify specifics like the graphics models, precise driver versions, and any system errors. Utilizing the Intel SSU tool will enable me to collect detailed information about your system setup, which could aid in identifying the underlying cause of this issue.
If you've performed any other tests, please provide the details so we can avoid going over the same steps again.
Have a nice day!
Best regards,
Von M.

Hello Ornab,
Based on our investigation, it appears that the problem you're encountering may be related to the specific version of the game you're using. We noticed that the DODI Repacks version you're running was released back in 2022 and has not received any updates since. This version may lack compatibility with more recent drivers or system updates.
We strongly recommend downloading the game through the official launcher or a verified platform. This ensures you're running the most stable and up-to-date version, which is essential for compatibility with the latest graphics drivers. Additionally, our findings indicate that the latest driver version (released in 2024) should address the issue you’re experiencing. Please make sure your system is updated to the latest available driver.
For your reference, I’ve attached a screenshot from the DODI website showing the last update date.
I have not heard back from you, so I will close this inquiry now. If you need further assistance, please submit a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.
Best regards,
Von M.
