Hi dan dorot
You can try using this generic graphics driver from our website http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=22083&lang=eng&OSVersion=Windows%207%20%2864-bit%29*&DownloadType=%0A%09%09%09%09%09%09%09Drivers%0A%09%09%09%09%09%09
Please uninstall the current driver from Programs and Features in Control Panel first.
If the issue started recently you can try a Windows System Restore.
If the issue persists I recommend contacting the laptop manufacturer in order to get more advanced troubleshooting steps.
Thanks!

Ok so I installed the driver you suggested and restarted my system. Once the system had successfully rebooted i tried to load one of the games that causes the error(minecraft). I was in game and as soon as things began to render I black-screened then blue-screened and then the system automatically rebooted itself. Any idea what happened there?

Thanks Kevin. I did that but this is the result
"Windows has determined the driver software for your device is up to date."
and the problem is not resolved. I would appreciate any more of your suggestions.

Hi,
At this point since he have provided the drivers from our side, our best recommendation is to contact the computer manufacture to get their custom drivers or contact the software developer.

Hi. I have the same issues but all the possible solutions you have provided till now have been not working on my laptop. I have a Asus UX305FA, Windows 8.1 64bit, Processor Intel(R) Core (TM) M-510c CPU@ 0.80GHz 998MHz. Just yesterday, my laptop kept blacking out, freezes and then unfreeze and this message would pop up saying, "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered. I updated all the drivers but apparently I did not solve out the issue. I hope you can help me.
Here comes the dxdiag report:

Hello TJ1466,
Thank you for sharing the system report information.
Based on the report, I see your system has an old graphics driver version so please try updating it to latest version. Here you can get the driver:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24964/Intel-Iris-Iris-Pro-and-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-8-1-64-bit https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24964/Intel-Iris-Iris-Pro-and-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-8-1-64-bit
If you have problems during the installation, try these steps:

Hi Kevin,
I tried all the steps you suggested and I tried to force the installation, too. It says that the driver is already up-to-date and that a new installation is not required. Do you have any other suggestions?

At this point, you need to contact the Computer Manufacture since the generic driver from our side is not working properly for your system.

Hi Sandipta,
You can try the following:
- Uninstall the current driver you have and download the latest one at the following link:
- Update the bios in your system.
If you are having problems to install the driver by using the .exe file, you can try the Manual driver Installation and follow the steps at the following link:
