display hz dropped from 60 to 30 hz after installing arc b 580

after i installed  intel arc b 580 my hz went from 60 to 30 HZ . when i switch it back to 60hz my display goes from 4k to 1080 . does anyone know how to fix this ? and thank you

What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried so far?

Is the Resizable Bar enabled?

Have you used DDU to completely remove all residual drivers and installed a new one?

Have you tried adjusting the graphics settings?

Additionally, to gain a comprehensive understanding of your system, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This tool will generate a text file compiling all your system information.
