dxdiag does not show Intel HD Graphics 4600

I have Intel i7 4770 4th Generation Processor(with Intel HD Graphics 4600) and ASRock H97M Pro4 motherboard(Windows 8.1 Enterprise). I have installed the latest drivers. But whenever i open DirectX Diagnostic Tool, (dxdiag) it does not show Intel HD Graphics 4600. However it does show in Device Manager.

If issue persists, can you share a screenshot of the DirectX* Diagnostic Tool's Display tab?

Was the information showing up correctly before? If yes, what was changed in the system before this issue occurred?
