Hi everyone!

I have a dell n5010 inspiron with a Intel Core I5 m480 @2.67ghz. The installed driver is 8.15.10.2202 from 8/25/2010. When I try to install the latest driver - 15.22.58.64.2993 I get this error:" The setup program failed to install one or more device drivers.Setup will exit. " Any ideas are welcome.

Thanks!

Hi alexx_p,

The driver we have from our side is a generic driver for your system. This is because we as Intel® provide the hardware to the computer manufacturers and they will design and create the software for their own systems.

I recommend you uninstalling the driver and reinstalling it again. Here you have the driver for win 7:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=22521&lang=eng&OSVersion=Windows%207%20(64-bit)*&DownloadType=Drivers https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=22521&lang=eng&OSVersion=Windows%207%20(64-bit)*&DownloadType=Drivers

In case you have a different operating system let me know what is it so I can provide a different driver if necessary.
