have issue with uhd 630 causing random shutdown

i have update the driver many time using intel or dell driver nothing work 

i use microsoft basic display adapter pc work normal no random shutdown 

when using or update or uhd 630 driver and restart it shutdown random after time

We sincerely regret you are experiencing issues with the Intel® UHD Graphics 630, we will be more than happy to assist you.

 

Please answer the following:

 

·      Was it working before?

·      Did it start after an update?

 

We highly recommend downloading the OEM driver from here: Intel UHD/Iris Plus Graphics Driver

 

Then, follow this process to uninstall the graphics driver: How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver

 

And finally, please install the driver previously downloaded.
