hccutils.DLL error when upgrading to latest HD driver

When trying to install Win7Vista_64_152110.exe I get the following error after reboot:

---------------------------

igfxtray.exe - Bad Image

---------------------------

C:\Windows\System32\hccutils.DLL is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.

---------------------------

OK

Reverting back to Win7Vista_64_15215 solves the issue, but I don't have the latest drivers 😞

I got a Gigabyte H57M-USB3 rev 2.0 motherboard, and an Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU K 655 @ 3.20 GHz. That is a long name :-).

Should I report this to Intel elsewhere? Or do Intel guys read this forum?
