Hello Rigang,
Intel graphics do not have dedicated memory but utilizes some of the computer's system memory. The amount of memory you can go up to for your 3rd Generation Intel Core Processors with Intel HD Graphics 4000/2500 is 1.7GB, but it all depends if your system manufacturer will let you have the option to change it. Furthermore, you should check with your system manufacturer to check if you can change it.
Visit the following URL for additional Graphics Memory information:

Regards,
Michael

Hello all,
In order to increase your video memory contact your system manufacturer for instructions of where the option is located at the link below:

I agree with Micheal, for example I have an ASUS VivoBook S200E; My system didn't execute PES2013, but I go to POST menu of my notebook (the menu which you can see that with DEL key when you turn on PC) and in the advance menu, you can see 'Graphics Configuration' which you can increase your minimum memory with the parameter in this part.
you can see my graphics properties here after I set up from POST menu:
Of course, in my PC it can be increased up to 512 MB, but I think it's better to don't put pressure on my RAM!
Note: I didn't have any user on intel communities, after that I can't find my answer on the net and find it by myself, I decide to reshare my experience for users whom have this problem.
