Hello ycaquino80

Thank you for your response and for the additional information.

Based on your report, we noticed that your system works through Hybrid graphics.

Can you please try to run your games with the Nvidia* Graphics only and then monitor the results?

If you have any doubts, please go ahead and follow these steps:

1. Right-click on the desktop and select NVIDIA Control Panel.

2. Click Manage 3D settings in Select a Task.

3. Select your desired software from the Select a program to customize drop-down list on the Program settings tab.

4. Select the High-performance NVIDIA processor from the Select the preferred graphics processor for this program drop-down list.

5. Click Apply.

I hope to hear from you soon.

Best regards.

Diego S.

Hello ycaquino80

Thank you for your response.

I am very glad to hear that you issue is now fixed.

In this case yes, you can select the apps that are going to run with your NVIDIA* car, so you can release the workload from the integrated GPU of your machine.

For this specific matter, we will need you to contact your system manufacturer so they can guide you through their troubleshooting steps.

You can contact them here:

I hope this helps.

Best regards.
