how do i output 1080i with HD graphics 4000

I have an old TV that can receive only component, so i bought an HD to component converter (AC powered).

My TV can receive a 1080i signal from my streamer.

My question is, can i output 1080i from my laptop, or any kind of signal that will work.

I did try to lower my resolution but nothing worked.

Well turns out the converter was receiving only specific resolution and frequencies. everything works now!
