Thank you for posting in the community! Based on the System Support Utility (SSU) logs you provided, I see that you are using a B580 GPU, and your monitor’s maximum refresh rate is 120Hz at 1080p. Additionally, you are on the latest driver update.
To better investigate this issue, I have a few follow-up questions:
- What is the exact model of your monitor?
- Is the HDMI cable you’re using from the monitor manufacturer, or is it a third-party cable?
- What HDMI version are you currently using?
- Is your system newly built, or did you only upgrade the GPU?
- Have you used Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to remove the previous driver and perform a clean installation?
Additionally, to further analyze the issue, I would like to review your monitor’s EDID data. To retrieve this information:
- Install the Intel Graphics Command Center (Beta) from the Microsoft Store.
- Navigate to Support → System Diagnostic.
- Click "Generate Report" to create a text file containing EDID and other relevant graphics details.
