i cant update my drivers i got the program but when the popup thing comes at the end it says unknown error

Hi xxx2012,

 

 

Our Intel driver utility is experiencing some problems, maybe it is not recognizing properly your system and offers the wrong driver.

 

 

Send me your motherboard model or system model and current operating system version, I would provide you with the latest drivers.
