I wish I could understand your message.

I do understand that you have WIndows 7. Windows 7 is dead and not supported.

Windows 7 died on January 14, 2020.

Now, buddy, what is your processor model number?

What is the model number of your laptop or system/motherboard?

Windows 10 bugs? Windows 7, Windows 8.x have them also. And, going to Windows 8.1 is lunacy.

Hello jnort15,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

The error that you are getting ''The driver does not meet requirements'' normally happens when you are trying to install generic drivers on a computer that uses customized drivers. if you want to use Windows 7 you might try the instructions on the following link:

Here the drivers for Windows 7 64Bit*:

Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows*

Here the instructions and a video to install the drivers:

Manually Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows 7*

Hope this helps.
