Thanks for posting in our Community. I will help you with this.

There are two ways of installing the Intel® Display Audio Driver for your Operating System. You can use either the audio driver installation file or you can install the graphics driver that comes already with the audio driver inside.

The only thing here is that I need to know some more information about your computer in order for me to provide accurate information.

Can you please let me know what the computer model is? What the processor model is?
