You just run the executable.

Why are you asking? What are you trying to accomplish? Why use an old non-DCH driver package? Is this, perchance, a customized driver package from a motherboard or laptop vendor?

While you are at it, please fully describe your system - type (Desktop vs. Laptop), manufacturer, model number, motherboard model number (if Desktop), processor, memory, how monitor(s) is/are connected (what cables/dongles/adapters, etc.), release of Windows 10 (Pro? Home? Other?), version of Windows 10 (1909?).

Please let me know if you still need assistance and provide me with the following report:

DXDIAG 

1. Go to Start > Run or Windows Key + R. 
2. On the Run prompt, type "dxdiag" then click OK. 
3. On the DirectX Diagnostic Tool window, click on Save All Information. 
4. Browse to a folder, type in a filename then click Save.
