Hi,
I can't connect my laptop in 4K to my new Samsung S7 screen. It will only accept FHD. I can set the new 4K resolution in the command center but cannot validate the selection for the new resolution. There are no updates directly available for the driver of the IGP on windows update. I have used an existing HDMI cable as well as the new cable provided with the screen. I have no problem connecting my other laptop in 4K to the screen.
Please find the SSU report attached.
Thanks!

External update?
All you have to do is go here:
And, you can always (until intel deletes it) find your graphics driver by looking at the processor downloads:
By the way, your processor isi5-1035G1, not i5-1031G1.

[Maybe Windows 12 will be better]
