Hello moon688,
Thank you for contacting the Intel community.
I can recommend accessing your motherboard manufacturer and make sure all your drivers and BIOS are up to date and as well as Windows update.
You should be able to download the latest drivers and BIOS here:
https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/H270-GAMING-PRO-CARBON.html# down-bios https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/H270-GAMING-PRO-CARBON.html# down-bios
I would suggest reinstalling the Intel® Management Engine Interface driver, if you install a software recently, suggest uninstalling that software to see if the problem is solve.
You can also, try to start or restarting the service as it shows on this video:

I understand that this issue is related with the Intel® Content Protection HECI service and the Intel® Management Engine, this issue is more chipset related, at this point I suggest contacting your motherboard manufacturer for better support as they are more familiar with your system and how the components interact with each other.
You motherboard manufacturer may provide you support with a BIOS update, chipset update and management engine update, also I suggest you to ask them if they can test a system with similar configuration like yours and verify if they get the same problem, if they don't get the same issue I would get a replacement for the motherboard.
You should get support for the motherboard here:
https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/H270-GAMING-PRO-CARBON.html%23down-driver%26Win10 https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/H270-GAMING-PRO-CARBON.html# down-driver&Win10 64

Ivan.

I have an MSI H110M PRO-VD motherboard with on-board Intel HD Graphics 530, latest BIOS and Intel MEI driver v.11.6.0.1042.
I have just downloaded and installed the latest Intel Graphics Driver for Windows [15.45] for my system and I am getting the following error in the System event log:
Source: System
Event ID: 7023
Level: Error
General: The Intel(R) Content Protection HECI Service service terminated with the following error:
Invalid handle
The Intel(R) Content Protection HECI Service service is being installed by the graphics driver. The invalid handle message is not a hardware issue, but a software error.
Please can we have the software provide a more definitive error message to help troubleshoot this issue, as this error is occurring on other systems also, as can be seen with a quick google search.

Please bear in mind that your best contact support is with your system manufacturer as they are more familiar with the total configuration of your integrated system and the way all the features interact with each other.
I sent you a private message.
Regards,
Ivan.
