igdumdim64.dll shouldn't call SetUnhandledExceptionFilter()

I am trying to revive this bug report from another user

after some investigation why crash reporting in our app is not working I got to the same conclusion as the author of the linked issue.

 

You GPU driver is replacing the process crash report tool by calling SetUnhandledExceptionFilter  and that breaks crash reporting for many applications. Please fix this evil!
