Could you please help to have a clearer picture of this matter? Please respond the questions below in order to address it in the best way.

  • What is exactly the issue you are experiencing?
  • When did the issue start?
  • What is your computer model?
  • What is your operating system?
  • Provide your Intel® HD Graphics driver version. Please go to Device Manger> Display adapters> Intel(R) HD Graphics right click on Properties and then go to Driver, you will be able to see the version installed.
