Even the newest graphic driver, show the processor is not supported. Only get Microsoft Basic Display adapter installed.

I think , if you using i3 8100t means , then you must install the driver from MB manufacturer site , I dot think Manufacturer released driver for server 2016 .

Sadly intel does not released driver for i3 8100T
