Hi dennislim4005,
I noted you upgraded the operating system of your laptop to Windows 10. I suggest you to do the following. Go to device manager, Display Adapters, right click over Intel® HD 3000 graphics driver, select uninstall, check the delete option. Then, restart the system and run Windows 10 update.
The newer drivers (Chipset, Audio, Graphics and more) for your computer are going to be provided with Windows 10 update only.
I suggest you to visit Samsung support website and review if there is any newer BIOS version.

Hi,
Here we have the same issue on already 10 HP 8200 desktops
Second monitor goes blank without display.
Uninstall and reinstall driver 9.17.10.4229 resolve the issue.
When display is off, we see "display not detected" and driver tell that i am on a laptop and propose me an output trough Intel Widi.
Really strange.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi RenaudS,
I reviewed the system configuration of your PCs and there is a compatibility issue with Windows 10. There are no drivers available. I suggest you to uninstall and delete the current driver and run Windows 10 update. The tool will install the best graphics driver for your pc; however, you might experience random issues.
