That depends...

 

Are you a laptop or desktop? If you are a laptop, who is the manufacturer?

What OS version and build are you using?

What is your processor model number?

If you are a laptop, are you using the drivers provided by your laptop manufacturer?

 

Kindly provide the answers to ALL of the questions.
