The latest update will not install on my computer. I have taken a few snap shots so you can see the errors. During installaion I get the specific account already exists three times then setup failed. I have also include snap shots of the identity.

Have you tried uninstalling the current Intel® DSA version and then installing the new Intel® DAS version? If you already have you could try the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant Uninstaller (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28181/Intel-Driver-Support-Assistant-Uninstaller?v=t https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28181/Intel-Driver-Support-Assistant-Uninstaller?v=t) once you have uninstalled the tool, restart the system and install the lasted Intel® DSA (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24345/Intel-Driver-Support-Assistant?product=128824 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24345/Intel-Driver-Support-Assistant?product=128824)
Please attach to this thread the TXT file the Intel® System Support Utility will generate: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility
Steps to save the report:
- Run the utility.
- Click on "Scan" to get the scanned system.
- Once the scan is complete click on "next".
- Use the "save" option, save the report to your desktop.
- To attach a file, you must click the "Attach" option on the bottom right-hand corner of the response box.
