You need enter BIOS settings and change in the Advanced>Video page the IDG Primary Video port to NVIDIA Graphics.

Could be that in your laptop BIOS the names will be different, but this is the idea.

Szukałem tego w biosie i nic tam nie było nawiązującego właśnie do kart graficznych mam chyba dużo rzeczy poukrywanych bo jak wejdę w ustawienia ekranu to mogę sobie tylko zmienić jasność

Well, I'm not familiar with however, I assume that the NVIDIA adapter should be visible in BIOS in On Board Devices part.

1. Any way, can you see the NVIDIA Adapter in Windows Device Manager?

2. Did you installed the NVIDIA Driver?

3. How this problem started? Did you reinstalled Windows?

4. Did you asked for help in DELL Support? If not, you should do.
