intel graphics command center does not start

I was able to start it on Windows 11, but when I downgraded to Windows 10, the loading at startup never finished.
I've tried repairing, resetting, and reinstalling, but it doesn't change.
Thank you for your reply.
OS: Windows 10 Pro
CPU: intel Celeron N5095
RAM: 8GB

In order for us to provide the most accurate assistance on this matter, we just wanted to confirm a few details about your system:

What is the model of the motherboard?

Is this a new computer?

When did you purchase it?

Did you build it?

Is there any reason in particular why you needed to do the downgrade from Windows* 11 to Windows 10*?

Did you make any recent hardware/software changes besides the Windows downgrade that might cause this problem?

Which specific Windows* version are you using?

Does the problem happen at home or in the work environment?

Please attach the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":

According to the information in the SSU document, the graphics driver currently installed on your machine is version 30.0.101.1340.

 

In order to try to fix the problem of the Intel® Graphics Command Center not starting, it is important to mention that we always recommend to install the graphics driver provided by the manufacturer of the computer, since that driver was customized by them to work with your specific platform.

 

I looked for the graphics driver provided by "Beelink", but I was not able to find it:

So, in this case, even though the Intel® graphics drivers are generic and they might not work with your device as expected, for testing purposes try to do a clean installation of the latest Intel® graphics driver version 30.0.101.1660 following the instructions in the link below:

After that, we suggest to get in contact directly with the manufacturer of your computer to make sure that the latest BIOS version is currently installed on your device and also to check if they have a specific Intel® Graphics Command Center version tested and validated by them for Windows* 10, once you get the chance, please let us know the results:
