is there an update for windows 10?
some of my applications such as Device Manager are blurry, and Microsoft told me to ask you guys for the update for Windows 10.

What is the exact processor model on your computer?
On Windows 10
Click on the Windows icon, and search for "System"
Look for System Control Panel then note the processor model.
