Solved: 'intel inside' i3 2330M CPU equivalents for gaming?

How do I know if my 'intel inside' i3 2330M CPU is equivalent to the minimum recommended for scrap mechanic - NVIDIA GeForce 8800GT/ATI Raeon HD 3870 or Open GL 3.3. I understand that 'CPU' means I do not need a graphics card?????? (I understand very little about computers and graphics!)
