I am using windows 10 home (21H2). Before that, I upgrade to windows 11. In windows, 11 intel support assistants work correctly I do not face any issue in windows 11. Then I downgrade to windows 10. I do a clean installation. Then starts the problem.
intel support assistant is not working anymore. I make windows 10 clean install 3/4 times but it did not work. I try every method I see on youtube and every method available on Google but it does not work. I try to uninstall and reinstall using (DSAuninstall.exe) over 10/13 times but it does not work.
I try eage, chrome, and firefox without an Ad blocker but it does not work. I use inbuild repair to repair this software 10 times but it does not work. I try every method but I can't fix it.
Now, what should I do now? Please support me to fix the issue.

Hello Taskin501,
In order to continue with the investigation, I will need a screenshot of the event viewer to see if there is a security problem.
Here are the steps:
1. With the Event View window open, expand the Windows Logs option.
2. Right-click Application and click on Filter Current Log.
3. In the newly opened 'Filter Current Log' window, users see options
4. Filter the logs where Select DSAService, and DSAUpdateService from the 'Event source' drop-down list.
5. Click OK to view the errors related to DSA service and DSAUpdateService.
I would like to verify if there are any errors related to DSA in the Event Viewer.
Regards,
Deivid A.

Hello Taskin501,
Thanks for your patience. Based on the information provided, it looks like there was an issue with permissions for the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA) directory folder. As a result, it is failing to download.
In this case, please try the following:
1. Use the uninstaller:
2. Check to see if the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA) directory still exists in C:\ProgramData\Intel. If it still exists, delete it.
3. Install the latest Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA) version:
