irisxe显卡驱动更新后无法识别显卡且游戏颜色显示不正常

显卡驱动更新到32.0.101.6881后,首先显卡软件显示不支持我的设备(图1),然后在玩我的世界的时候白天的天空看着很黑(图2,图3),越是接近太阳的地方越黑,正视太阳的时候也更黑,上个版本的时候还没出现这个问题。

对于你提出的问题,我做出如下解答:

1.我使用的设备是笔记本电脑,型号是HUAWEI Matebook D 14(NbF),系统版本为Windows11家庭版24H2。我使用的外接显示器(品牌为AMZFAST,型号为25X1,HDMI接口支持180Hz刷新率的数据输入),通过HDMI接口将笔记本电脑和外置显示器连接,电脑画面仅在外接显示器上显示。

2.驱动程序是通过Intel Driver & Support Assistant下载并安装的,但期间经历过一次安装失败,第二次安装成功了。

3.驱动程序在游玩我的世界的时候已经打开,并且没有出现崩溃的情况。

4.其他游戏及图形程序异常暂时没有发现。

此外,上报此问题当天我就把驱动程序更改为gfx_win_101.6790版本,解决了上述部分问题,比如我的世界基岩版游戏中着色器异常,以及我的驱动无法识别我的硬件。

但是当今天我再使用电脑的时候,Intel Driver & Support Assistant无法检测我的电脑的硬件信息,重新安装该软件也无济于事,尽管我重新安装所有intel驱动程序也没能解决这个问题。

不过当我今天再次通过Intel官网下载显卡驱动程序gfx_win_101.6881并安装后,我的世界游戏问题以及该显卡驱动无法识别硬件问题也解决了,但我的外接显示器支持180Hz,显卡驱动软件只能以最高120Hz的刷新率使用我的显示器。

我在附件中上传了在安装有gfx_win_101.6790版本显卡驱动程序时通过System Supprot Utility(SSU)收集的电脑信息,希望可以帮助及对解决我仍存在的问题以及改进产品提供帮助,感谢你的热心指导以及耐心等待!
