Hi everybody,
I have a problem.
When I play videogames on my laptop often I get BSODs with this message: "irql_not_less_or_equal (igdkmd64.sys)" and then the PC reboot.
I checked the log about this crash and I found out that is related to Intel HD Graphics 4000.
How can I resolve this issue? I've already updated the driver to the last one relased form my OEM (Asus), tested on Windows 8.1.
Any idea?
Thank you

I am sorry to hear that have had problems updating Intel Graphics Driver.
You may try forcing the installation of Intel generic drivers by performing manual procedure, see here for instructions:

Select your operating system version and download the zip version of the video driver:

That's unfortunate. At this point, it seems to be a problem with your operating system. You may try running system restore and recover the operating system to an earlier time, see below for instructions:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/products/features/system-restore http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/products/features/system-restore
Try getting drivers from your computer manufacturer as they might be customized for your motherboard model or computer model.
Allan.
