Thank you for posting on the Intel Communities. I am sorry you are experiencing issues when trying to use the resolution settings on your system
The resolution settings were removed from the Intel® Graphics Command Center (IGCC) in the latest version these settings can now only be modified through the Windows display settings.
As a workaround, you can try using the Intel® Graphics Command Center (Beta) version which still has these settings.
