my asus X 512 FA laptop cant read any pendrive though its usb ports .It can however read a wired mouse and even a external seagate HDD through these ports .i ve tried all possible methods but things havent worked. The pc uses a Intel Core i3 @ 2.10GHz Kaby Lake-U/Y 14nm Technology CPU.i am eclosing a list of available drivers updatable through a 3rd part software.can someone please tell me which of these drivers should be updated to reestablish pendrive recognition function.i agree there are risks involved in such a updating but will take a chance.the aim is only to reestablish pendrive recognition..i dont intend to update all these drivers as all other functions of my pc are ok except the usb recognition driver.apologies if i have posted this question in an incorrect section.TIA

Then, go to asus to get the latest drivers and ask asus for support on their device.
