my laptop doesn't detect my tv, and I already have the most updated drivers, try installing an older version but it didn't work either, my laptop is the x412FA, I don't know what to do please help me

You mean that Windows 10 is not detecting your TV.  If your TV is providing the correct EDID when Windows scans for devices, your TV should be detected. 

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Download, run, and save the results of this utility as a text file:

Then ATTACH the text file using the instructions under the reply window ( Drag and drop here or browse files to attach ).
