não consigo instalar painel de controle intel

formatei meu computador e instalei os drivers da intel mas mesmo assim não aparece o painel de controle o que eu faço?

I presume you are referring to the Intel Graphics Control Panel app.

If the last component of your graphics driver's version number (i.e., the build number) is 6444 or higher, then you have a DCH-architected driver and no Control Panel app is provided. Instead, the replacement app, Intel Graphics Command Center, is downloaded from the Microsoft App Store and should be available in your Windows Start Menu (you must invoke it from there)

If the last component of your graphics driver's version number is lower than 6444, then you have a non-DCH-architected driver and the Control Panel app should be available by right-clicking on the desktop and selecting this app from the Context Menu.
