Thanks for the logs!
Can you also please let us know if you had the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant installed when you tried to install the driver?

Hello Bandit8623,
Thank you for posting in our Intel communities.
We understand that you are having issues with the latest driver, as it does not include the arc control.
In regards to that, kindly provide us with your Intel arc control logs so we may further investigate our issue.

I have never been able to run Intel Arc Control, not even once on my new PC.
Have the Arc750 Limited Edition, have installed every update I've had it (11 months) and Arc Control just doesn't work at all.
Currently have the latest drivers installed...
Checking TaskManager i can see multiple references to Arc control...
If I kill the task off, then re-open Arc Control, on occasion I will get this...
Everything is blank and nothing works.
I've used DDU several times, have reinstalled Win11 Pro from scratch twice in the last 9 months but nothing will work.
Only 1 monitor connected, on-board graphics fully disabled in BIOS
Is it because I'm using an Intel GPU on a AMD-based system?
I can provide logs if requested.
thanks
G
