You have a 1st gen processor - that is from 2010.  It is not supported.   You cannot update your opengl.   You are not supported on Windows 10.  All you have is the Microsoft generic video driver, which lacks features.

Short answer - it is time for you to take your system to a recycle bin, and purchase a new system.   I now suggest something with an 11th gen or greater processor.
