Could you please provide the driver versions that you tested before in which the game was working better?
Also, provide a dxdiag report from your system to get further details on the computer being used. To get this report, go to the Start menu, type dxfiag and then click on "Save all information"

As per that report the driver that you are using is 9.17.10.2932 which is actually an out dated version, not our latest generic driver.
Please use this URL to try the latest generic driver we provide:

helo sir. the linked driver is the bad one im talking about.
the latest one is the problemetic one.
i switched back to the old driver, listed in the dxdiag, to run the game properly.
sorry for the confusion.
In this video, starting at sec 15, you see character selection is stuttering and the long black screen is unnormal in this game.
with old driver it works fast and fine.

One more thing I would like to confirm, are you seeing performance decrease with any other application or game or this only happens with this specific game? Have you checked any update or patch on that game too?
If you see it in other applications, please let us know which ones are being also affected or you tested with and under which circumstances.

No other application is effected so far. It only decreased performance on this game.
i tested it with both, old and new driver. once switched back to old driver it works fine again.

hello, I just downloaded the new driver version 15.31.9.3165(9.18.10.3165) and tried to install from version 15.31.3.64.3071, I'm running windows 8 home edition 64 bits version and after a few seconds of the instalation process my computer reboots and shows the blue screen of death. My gaming perfomance is falling, I can't play Star Wars the Old Republic without getting this horrible lag, and I can't even play Halo CE anymore because the loading screen won't go away, please help us.

I'm sorry, I was sort of angry and I posted here since this was the first reasult leading to my issue, however this is the last time I post here, I advice Intel to remove the version 15.31.3.64.3071 since it can be considered to be hell, I tried to go back to an older version and instead of completing the installation my computer had a problem and my screen wouldn't start at all, I had to restore windows 8, I'm now running version 15.31.9.3165(9.18.10.3165) and it seems to be just fine, Halo CE runs perfectly although I haven't tried SWTOR yet because I'm still downloading, if I have any other issues I'll make a new thread.
Please Intel remove that Driver.
Thank you.
