problem with intel g45/g43 graphics..

i have lenovo desktop with onboard intel g43/g45 graphics..it has 841MB of memory but i cant play games with 256MB of graphics memory also...i have updated its driver and reinstalled the game ..but then also the is coming very, vey slow...there is no problem with RAM..i have 4GB ram..need urgent assistance..
