scaling full screen J3060

有没有什么工具/命令行/脚本/API 能直接修改屏幕的缩放模式的, 使用显卡驱动自带的工具可以做到，

但是我们的系统不方便使用鼠标，键盘。

我在别的CPU上使用 SetDisplayConfig 可以修改成功，但是在J3060上 修改不了。

Is there any tool/command line/script/API that can directly modify scaling full screen, which can be done using the tools that come with the graphics driver.

But our system is not convenient to use the mouse, keyboard.

I can use SetDisplayConfig on other CPUs to modify the success, but I can't modify it on J3060.
