so, when I tried downloading Intel® Graphics - Windows® 10 DCH Drivers it gave me an error saying it's not the right drivers, which it is. I was wondering if you could help me with that?

What is your processor model number?

What version of Windows 10? 1909?

What is the model number of your laptop or desktop?

 

Note that the manufacturer may have restrictions in place on their device that stops you from installing the Intel generic driver.
