I have an Intel UHD 620 graphics card and am struggling to install TensorFlow in the anaconda prompt. I followed the instructions on this website but get the following error:

"ImportError: Could not find 'nvcuda.dll'. TensorFlow requires that this DLL be installed in a directory that is named in your %PATH% environment variable. Typically it is installed in 'C:\Windows\System32'. If it is not present, ensure that you have a CUDA-capable GPU with the correct driver installed."

Please help,

Thanks in advance.

Hello ghp042,

Thank you for posting your question on this Intel® Community.

According to the error message you are receiving, your system is missing a nvduda.DLL file from a 3rd party graphics card and it is not related to Intel® drivers. We found some information about this behavior here:

https://stackoverflow.com/questions/49397373/tensorflow-gpu-importerror-could-not-find-nvcuda-dll#:~:text=tensorflow%20scripting%20anaconda-%2cImportError:%20Could%20not%20find%20%27nvcuda.%2cyour%20%25PATH%25%20environment%20variable.&text=If%20it%20is%20not%20present%2cwith%20the%20correct%20driver%20installed.

Our recommendation is that you contact the software developer directly to get step-by-step instructions to install the software.

We will close this inquiry. If you need any further assistance, please post a new question. We will be glad to help you.
