问题再次出现了，由于上次更新时我的主板bios意外恢复默认，我的内存频率回归5600MT/s，且我上述的实验也运行在该频率下，当我刚刚注意到这个问题的时候，我将我的内存频率修改回8400MT/s，编码器过载的现象再次出现了。就目前的情况判断，这似乎是内存频率的问题，但我不确定这个问题是否仅仅出现在OBS中，在pr又或者是DaVinci Resolve上貌似并未出现，偶不，真正的原因是我的pr或DaVinci Resolve并没有运行在265k xe核显上，看来我需要重新测试一下了
