why screen freezes

recently when i watch netflix or online gaming the picture freezes then catches up. it happens about two times every minute. i have dell latitude 6520 intel core I7 windows 10. it just started doing this. very annoying

Dell is responsible for all processors that come as part of one of their systems. You need to be discussing your issues with them.
