win10 use ffmpeg h264_qsv encode err: Error initializing an internal MFX session: unsupported (-3)

I use FFmpeg on Win7 normally，but not on win10

i do not find “intel media sdk”  directory on win10，and i copy the “libmfxhw64.dll” to the exe directory, also err

From what is can see you are trying to install/use ffmpeg.

 

·        Please provide me with the steps that you ate taking to complete the installation.

·        What is the download link for the FFmpeg file that you are using?

·        What is the download link for the intel media SDK that you are using?

·        What operating system (OS) do you have installed?
