我目前使用32.0.101.6989驱动,并在几个月内尝试了十个以上的不同驱动,结果相同,我仍然无法开启XESS的帧生成功能。我甚至无法确认我的XESS版本是否在2.0以上,因为根据显示效果,它看起来更像是旧版本的XESS。

I have used a web translation tool to translate this response hence, there may be some inaccurate translations. At this time, Intel® XeSS (XESS) frame generation support depends on both the game’s implementation and the driver. Not all titles or versions of XeSS include frame generation, which may explain why the option is unavailable in Black Myth: Wukong.

To better assist, could you please confirm:

  • The exact in-game version/build of Black Myth: Wukong you are running. (Kindly convert to the English language so I can further check it.)
  • If the game received any recent patches since your last test?
  • Whether you tested with the latest Windows 11 build (since some newer features are optimized there compared to Windows 10)?

I'd like to delve deeper and verify specifics like the graphics models, precise driver versions, and any system errors. Utilizing the Intel SSU tool will enable me to collect detailed information about your system setup, which could aid in identifying the underlying cause of this issue.

Computer System: Win10
Black Myth Wukong will support XESS2 frame generation after April 17, 2025. I have confirmed on some community platforms the running effect of XESS2 frame generation when they use A750. However, there are also some A-series graphics card users who are the same as me and cannot correctly apply XESS2 frame generation effects. Some of them are on Win10 system and some are on Win11 system, so I am very confused.

I am using the DisplayPort interface, and the 32.0.101.7028 driver version did not solve this problem. In fact, I have tried more than ten driver versions before this, which took me a lot of time. Unfortunately, the problem did not get resolved, which is why I am here to communicate with you.

Resolution: 1920 * 1080
After entering the game normally, I didn't have any special settings. At first, I thought it was due to the game, so I spent some time uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but it didn't work.

Hello 门徒,

Thank you for your patience. I tested the issue and confirmed that the frame generation function is enabled when using XeSS (please see the attached file: screen recording). To help resolve the problem, I recommend updating to the latest driver version 32.0.101.7028 or newer, performing a clean installation using DDU to execute a clean insallation and remove any remnants of the old driver and application thoroughly, and reinstalling the game.

 

If the issue continues after these steps, please let me know so I can investigate further.
